The IBM Diversity Race has an ambitious training schedule. There will be a series of individual, group training sessions and SATS-classes in our IBM gym every week, before we move to the outside terrain. We are hoping for snow in Stockholm, but are preparing with three ski camps, one which is in the indoor SkiDome of Göteborg, and two which will be further north in Sweden. The team will have ski instructors, technique and equipment training, even learn the science of waxing skis!
